Send appointment confirmations that add themselves to the calendar
A good confirmation does two jobs: it tells the customer when and where, and it lets them add the appointment to their calendar in one tap. This free tool does both. Fill in a short form and it produces a clean confirmation message plus a valid .ics calendar file that opens in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook, so bookings actually make it into people's diaries and no-shows drop.
What you get
- A confirmation message ready to copy or share on WhatsApp.
- A valid .ics file with the title, time, duration, location and timezone, built to the iCalendar standard.
Why a dedicated tool beats a chatbot
The .ics format is strict. Miss a required field, mis-stamp a date-time, or mishandle the timezone and the file either fails to import or shows the wrong time, which is worse than no file at all. Chat models get these details wrong often because they are approximating a precise format. This generator builds the file deterministically, so the date, time and timezone are always correct and the event imports cleanly.
Timezones done right
Choose the timezone the appointment is in and the event carries it, so it appears at the correct local time in the recipient's calendar no matter where they are. You can also pick floating local time, which shows at the same clock time on any device, or UTC. This is exactly the part hand-written calendar files usually get wrong.
Private and free
Everything is generated in your browser. None of the appointment details are sent to a server. It is free and unlimited, with no signup, and pairs naturally with sending the confirmation over WhatsApp.
