How the resilience score works
As you complete each tool, FailSafe reads the results saved on your device and blends the ones that produce a 0-to-100 figure — your dependency map, backup audit, emergency kit and home inventory — into a single score, and shows the status of the rest. The more tools you work through, the more complete and accurate the picture, and the clearer it becomes where to improve next. The score is computed and stored only in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.

A map of your accounts, recovery paths and belongings is one of the most sensitive things you own — exactly what you would never want uploaded or pasted into a chatbot that logs and trains on it. That is why every FailSafe tool runs locally and saves anything you enter only to your browser's local storage on this device.
